We stayed here with pleasure. Free wifi, very nice room. Quiet!!! Two days ago we were in another place and this one gives you more for what you pay. Pitty they do not have a chain in USA. Coffee in the room, nice shover are plus.

We liked staying here because of the feel of the nostalgic motel. I grew up going to motels and these days you just don't see these places anymore. The place was small, but clean, staff excellent and the location is perfect for us to walk around and check out things in the city of Eureka. I really liked the AA bar and Grill that was on site right next door. Its a dive bar/restaurant which apparently has the best steaks in town. I would come here again. THANK YOU TOWNHOUSE FOR YOUR EXCELLENT SERVICE AND OUR AMAZING STAY!

I stayed here once again on my way up to seattle and I must say, these people are great. What they lack in the flashy exterior/interior, they make up for it in the cleanliness, service and LOCATION. I did notice some homeless people walking around but they didn't bother me. The location was very convenient for me to walk around and check out my fav hot spots like the Lost Coast Brewery and the beautiful victorian homes literally in the back of the property. I also enjoyed being near the waterfront which I walked to in the morning. I will stay here again for sure!

My husband and I really enjoyed staying here. It's an older style motel, but the service is great and rooms are clean. We loved that we could walk around everywhere in the old district of Eureka. People's reviews said they felt unsafe but we didn't feel that way at all. I suppose some people are expecting perfection but we were not. There's some great buildings in the area. The hotel itself has some beautiful architecture in the courtyard that I've never seen before. Rooms were a bit smaller than the big chains but we didn't mind. I would stay here again!

They always exceed my expectations and accommodate me when I stay. I appreciate the clean rooms and happy staff. Nothing too fancy but it does well for me. Extra brownie points for the easy walk to the Brewery. Love being near the water and old town. I'll be back again.

We stayed here for a couple nights and the place was great. It's not anything fancy but it's SUPER CLEAN and the beds were very comfortable. It's got some pretty unique architecture and we really enjoyed the courtyard upstairs. The staff was extra helpful and friendly and very courteous towards our family. The area offered lots to do in walking distance and there were plenty of restaurants. I would stay here again!

For motels in the area at the lower price range, it more than sufficed. The owner is great with customer service, he makes regular rounds of the grounds, and the room had a comfortable bed and was clean. I would've preferred more water pressure in the shower, but that's merely a small complaint. Overall, I'd definitely stay here again.

On our way home decided to stop and stay the night and stopped here. The staff was nice and the room was a great price. The rooms are upstairs with the parking lot under the rooms. The parking lot is small but I liked that I didn't have to park my car on the side of the street. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I loved their shower. One thing that I really appreciated was the manager called to let us know we left our trunk open. Overall it was a great stay and I would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I stayed here for two days when we were looking to escape the smoke due to local wild fires in the Grants Pass area. We found the owner/manager to be extremely welcoming and an overall nice guy. The motel property was spotless. The room was spotless. The shower had a "rain shower" head with very nice water pressure. The bed felt new and comfortable. We were also impressed on how quite it was once the traffic slowed down. The only down side is there is no air conditioner, but a fan is provided. With the window open it provided sufficient breeze. This is not the Ritz or the Waldorf Astoria, but for half the price of chain motels/hotels this is the place to stay. We would stay here again and recommend it to any one!!

R.T. TripAdvisor GuestR.T. TripAdvisor GuestA very comfortable stay.

Conveniently located for an overnight stop. Right on Highway 101 southbound, one block away from the northbound (look out for K Street and turn left). The room was clean and comfortable, we slept well. The room overlooked the highway but was well insulated so traffic noise did not disturb us. I would stay here again. The manager was very helpful and recommended us to visit Fern Canyon, and gave us directions. We had a great time there. Before heading over to the State Park, we visited the "North Coast Coop", in Eureka (advertised in the guide in our room) and got some great unusual foods for a picnic lunch.

Stayed here fOr the fall admissions day at Humboldt. I came with the whole family for my sisters accePtance into the school! When we got here they told us they had booked the same room twice and upgraded us to a family suite which was fantastic. The location is a bit dubious but then again it is located in old town eureka, so don't be surprised if the homeless come out with tue sun. Overall it was a very relaxed stay, room was pristinely clean, shower had the best pressure iv experienced yet, the area is extremely quiet but one thing! Watch out for the poles... My dad totally shaved off a rear view mirror on it!! Lol. I would definitely stay here again next time I come drop off my sister.

Michael – Booking.com GuestMichael – Booking.com GuestThe service was great.

Very easy check-in and settled in easily. There was a convenient brewery & restaurant within walking distance. Room was clean, cozy and quiet. Make sure to do the drive in daylight as the scenery is beautiful

Katie S. Google GuestKatie S. Google GuestGreat place to stay and right in the heart of great shops, restaurants, and the waterfront.

We walked all over Saturday afternoon with our dog and had a great time exploring the town. Motel was clean and fit all our needs. It is older but has character and we felt comfortable and safe! Happy they accepted our four legged family member and if in the area again we would stay again. If an older place with history and character is what you are looking for this is the place 🙂 it was a great addition to our quick weekend trip!
